This is more than a full-time position, it takes having your head in the game and thinking about “what else?” around the clock and an entrepreneurial mindset. As we grow, we’re looking for someone to be the glue — connecting conversations to actions, tracking follow-ups, and keeping everyone informed and aligned. You’ll be the go-to person for workflow follow-through, status updates, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
What You’ll Do:
Capture and confirm task handoffs from advisors and staff — in real-time
Maintain a master task log and update statuses as progress is made
Communicate progress updates across the team — verbally and via shared dashboards or summaries
Document meeting action items and debrief with advisors
Create and update client folders, forms, and CRM entries
Monitor key timelines (e.g., forms sent, transfers received, accounts opened)
Bring visibility to “wins” and completions across the office — be the “order up” communicator
Spot bottlenecks and gently prompt completion or hand-off as needed
Support receptionist during peak client times or lunch breaks as backup

This is a full-time on-site role as a Financial Advisor. You will play a key role in managing and expanding our practice while delivering a high level of coordinated, client-focused advice. You will use advanced wealth management techniques across investments, insurance, taxes, and trust & estate planning to help clients achieve their financial goals. You’ll be responsible for strategizing and implementing comprehensive financial plans, including but not limited to:
Health Insurance Concepts
Financial Planning & Portfolio Management
Income Planning & Tax Minimization Strategies
Estate Planning & Social Security Planning
Pension Plan Options, Insurance, and more
In this role, you will work closely with clients, providing personalized advice and developing relationships that address their specific needs. We operate under fiduciary standards and take great care in ensuring each client’s needs are met with attention to detail and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide advanced wealth management advice and strategies to clients
Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans and investment strategies
Coordinate planning for clients’ goals across investments, taxes, retirement, and estate planning
Uphold fiduciary standards and provide exceptional service
Build and maintain long-term client relationships by delivering expert financial guidance.

Level-10 character & integrity, desire to serve others… possessing intangibles such as caring, positive attitude extraordinaire, habitual winner/problem solver.
Previous experience as a Financial Advisor, or in the Financial Services/Banking Industry.
Actively pursuing or on track to obtain relevant financial certifications (e.g., Life & Health Licensing, Series 65, CFP etc.)
Strong knowledge of financial concepts, wealth management strategies, tax planning, estate planning, and insurance
Excellent communication skills with a passion for client service and relationship-building
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage a growing client base while providing personalized advice
